One think I just thought of posting on another thread, was due to my wife's parents being ill I will not make public waves. We have had some of her old cong. Friends show up and do the end is so close and I just shut my mouth. I don't want to make it harder for her to visit her parents in these last days of their life. They are already in bad health I don't need to do this. But once they pass I was going to send a letter of disassociation. But I have not been active in my last KH for 18 years or more. How long do they keep your info? Is there a point where you are considered disassociated or are you on the rosters for ever if you don't get DFed or send a letter?
How long does a congergating keep your records?

Current policy is that publisher cards for inactives should be kept indefinitely. Of course stuff might get lost or may have been purged by some rogue elder in the last decades.

If you have been gone for the last 18 years. I would honestly let sleeping dogs lie.
