The Pic on the left was Saddam, 2 days before the war........the one on the right is the one that gave the speech! who spoke from notes (not very convincingly) and wore glasses which Saddam doesn't do when giving speeches.

I think its my old JW ex-landlord. He looked exactly like sadaam, and even acted like him when he got mad.

News here this morning in the US, reports that all tests reveal that the person in the video was indeed Mr. Saddam. However, they cannot be certain "when" the video was made. (Maybe he'd had a bit too much to drink and thus the puffiness and the need for his glasses. )
Bush hasn't been looking too good lately either.
