The application asks the Elders whether the individual has had any recent spiritual difficulties but not the individual. As imperfect humans, who could possibly say that they have no spiritual difficulties? Good thing they leave it up to the Elders to judge.
Its very inconsiderate of the Watchtower to give such little notice as to where JWs will be located, it could be less than one and a half months. Already expensive accommodation becomes even more so the longer you leave booking it.
It looks like they are going to have them actually talk to people and not just stand next to carts.

Frankly, it's not exactly what I asked for (excuse me if it sounds rude, English isn't my native language). I wrote about this database but no sure if it is safe to make screenshots of it.
