they'll definitely sell those buildings. Towers (Clark st) is beautiful and in an amazing location. One of the Willow St. properties was renovated relatively recently.

As BB put it, all this will surely sell. The GB is probably waiting for certain in-house green lights for the big move to Warwick. They may also be waiting for the optimal time to sell, that is, get the most $ for their property.
