Well we met with Mum and we had a lovely time.
Actually due to a couple of crossed wires on my part we nearly missed each other, but thank goodness we didn't.
We ended up in a pub on the river (thames), and we talked and talked and talked and talked..... you get the drift. LOL
What a lovely lady Mum is though. (she is a real Mum and so cuddly). It was a real joy to meet her. It was good to put a face to the name and voice.
Mr Nightwarrior had to finally call an end to the proceedings at around 3 pm, because our two younger children were not feeling too good today.(spoil sport)
But even then, it took a awhile before we parted. More photos were taken. Oh and by the way, Mum enjoyed her fish and chips. (real pub food).
I only wish that we had met sooner, but hey she has been a real tourist, so she knows more about London than we do.
But we had a great time, and it was sad to see her go, but we all left with lovely memories. Short and sweet. But it felt as if we had known each other a lifetime. NW and I feel that we have made a friend for life.
So anyone else jetting into London let us know.
