Also, the anti-cholesterol drug Zocor may be effective against Multiple Sclerosis ( see Yahoo Health News)

The age of miracles is coming upon us. Cower in fear, Watchtower!

GM cancer jab 'could save thousands' by JAMES CHAPMAN, Daily Mail

Thousands of lives could be saved by a remarkable cancer treatment being pioneered by British scientists. Studies suggest that a transfusion of genetically engineered blood cells could give cancer patients a powerful boost against their disease. In laboratory tests, the technique proved 100 per cent effective.

If it does prove to be a successful treatment I wonder if JWs will ever be able to save themselves from cancer using this treatment, after all it is made from blood! This could really scare the GB!

    That's great!

In my inbox, I subscribe to an ALS (Lou Gherig's Disease/Amyolateral Sclerosis) Newsletter, and there is some research going on there, with positive results.

Before joining this board, only a couple of months prior, a very dear and loving friend of mine, Nina, died of ALS (Cleveland, OH.). She was a great person, taken way too soon, and just 43 years of age. She will always be missed.

Thanks for sharing this Metatron, certainly a nice diversion to some of the threads as of late.

And dmouse, thanks for posting that info re: cancer treatment.

Thanks Met, a little too late for my father but if it is hereditary as I think it is because his father died from it, may prove encouraging for me.
