You yourself had an accident ,your arm and legs were dismemberd from your body,say by some type of machine ,
your friends called an ambulance which took you to the hospital,along with your severed arm & legs, as a practicing jehovahs witness would you be allowed to procede with an operation connecting your body parts back to yourself.,would you make the decision to go ahead with the operation or would you call in an elder to make the decision???????
what do you think would persuade you to refuse the operation , or rather would you allow yourself to have a transplant.
errr... has there ever been a problem with witnesses having their own body parts re-attached? If so, I was unaware.
A mate of mine sawed off all his fingers at once in a saw mill. When he arrived at the hospital 40 minutes later, they asked why he hadn't brought his fingers with him to be stitched back on and he immediately held up his "stubs" and said "well how did you expect me to pick them up?"
