The closest fullmoon after 21 March every year. (All year same). You will never forget. Ask any active JWs, they don't know how to calculate this date. They all rely on WACO Tower & Black Society each year via Waco Magazine.

Didn't the WT say if you missed it the first month you can catch the full moon the next month and still be ok with God and all ? just wondering here.

Actually, you can miss it alltogether and still be OK with God.
But yes, the WT did say that, for those who are partakers, if they miss due to severe illness or injury, they can observe the meal on the next full moon.
