Just a reminder, in case you forget, or perhaps did not know, tonight, if you live in North America, you advance your clock: + 1 hour

So...you lose one hour sleep. Here, we change the clock at 3:00 A.M., but of course, change it maybe before you go to bed, or when you wake up tomorrow morning.

Daylight Savings begins tonight/tomorrow, after 3:00 a.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Grrr we had to do that last week in the UK, was fine over the weekend but then I realised the effect on monday morning. Not a nice experience.

thanks for the reminder RayzorBlade. I love day light savings time. I am also off this week-end from my job. Not too effected by the change.

It has more of a effect on me in Fall. Loosing the light.

    take care, OCW

why manon? I look forward to changing time every spring. more daylight hours. I hate the long nights. makes me wonder why do we have to fall back in October? why not leave daylight savings all year round?

Heh heh. My wife is unaware of the time change as of right now. I think I will not say anything and tomorrow come meeting time, "Ooops, I forgot about it too honey. We just missed the public talk, dang it!"

That is ONE good thing about this time change!

It doesn't bother me too much but my husband isn't happy. He has to be at work at 6 am and it was just getting so it was a little bit light when he drove to work. That little bit of light really raises his spirits. els

Soledad, I just love the fall back hours I love the darkness. During the spring and summer it's 8:30 p.m. and the sun hasn't even set. Way to much brightness add hot, hazzy, humid.Uuggg
