What do you eat most often every day?

Breakfast: 2 toasts whole wheat, with butter and strawberry jam and a big glass of orange juice.

Dinner: I love beef, as in hamburgers, chicken, roast beef, whatever is meat. I usually have french fries with that. And to wash it down a glass of coke. Usually a sweet dessert.

Supper: How about a poutine(cheese fries) and one more coke to wash that down. A dessert once again to finish it off.

I usually never eat between meals. I eat meat everyday.

I rarely eat fruits, vegetables, and I never drink water.

    And I'm in perfect health

When I eat what people say is good for me, I get sick. So I eat lousy and feel great.

    How about you?

    Breakfast: Coffee and Cigs

Lunch: Always good leftovers from the night before, usually baked chicken, rice and veggie, along with a snack. No soda

Dinner: Sometimes a beer or two, and a hearty dinner, meat, bread, rice or pasta, and a veggie. I really don't like too many snacks, but chips are nice sometimes.

I normally have a tea before bed.

And my cholesterol is only 60! Good Cholesterol is 44! woohoo!
