I thought I had it right - the image shows up on my screen. I couldn't get the image to attach via a file, so I linked it from My Documents to InsertPicture from Web Link. I may need assistance (suggestions) as I am definitely not a computer whiz.

Post the pic in to a online photo site like, www.webshots.com and then insert the link from there into picture from web links menu.
