Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh! Looks like it didn't come out right. Go to www.welovetheiraqiinformationminister.com and see how much crap this guy has managed to spout to the world's media over the past few weeks. I'm surprised that he hasn't been offered a place in Bethel yet..........

Did the past head of the writing department die or leave? If so who was that person?

Blondie - not as far as I know, but due to the fact that I associate bulls**t with WT literature, I'd have thought that this guy would be a more than competant replacement should the current head of the writing dept leave/die/get fired.
I did try to embed the web page into the firrst post, but it didn't seem to work. Looks like you'll have to make do with a link instead (unfortunately)

Well, figure, if you tell a lie often enough, some people start to believe it. I'm sure the minister's techniques are being applied. I can remember him telling the people in Baghdad that the US soldiers were not in Baghdad when they were in the center of the city.
