Billions of humans have lived and died on this earth since the beginning of time.Must all profess Jesus as their personal savior if they are to attain the reward of eternal life?

There are many religious belief which are held with just as much fervor and faith as those of Catholicism and Protestantism.

Can anyone prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that their religious philosophy is the only one?

In order to do so,some "holy"book is usually the main source of any religious "Proof".

Have you found a legitimate, outside verification that any belief system is the ultimate?

Belief systems, are simply that. Imagined, mental and intellectual constructs of concepts, ideas and beliefs. They have nothing to do with Reality, or "ultimate" Truth. There have been those throughout time, who no matter their particular background or beliefs, came to realize the same unifying truth. They would all tell you that ultimate Truth can not be learned or intellectually known or understood as a "belief system". You can not know it as you know objects and things, as you know the universe -- you can only be It. The ultimate Truth is not printed in a book. It is who you are. Not who we believe ourselves to be -- but rather who we truly are. It is not easy discovering the Ultimate within yourself; but it is impossible to find it elsewhere. JamesT

I don't think anyone,r eligiously, can prove that what they believe is absolute truth. That's one reason why religion is faith-based.
