I don't see the difference between Cults and Religions.

Most religions start as cults, high control groups. Later on, if they survive and proliferate, they become much more liberal, weak, and lacking in focus, thus becoming mass religions, such as the catholic church.

Well to tell the truth I don't see the difference either. All religion is evolved superstition to me. There isn't much diference between JW, Catholic or Vodoo preist to me. It's all a mind game.
