Recently, Senator Joe Biden has forced a controversial legislation through both houses of Congress as an attachment to an unrelated child abduction bill.

    Biden ( Biden, Joseph - (D - DE) )

Biden is a Democrat, how can he force anything through both houses of Congress? Especially when

Instead, it took 10 months, a change of power in the United States Senate,

What did a change of power have to do with it, when it is a Democrat that is said to "force" it through both houses?

I also noted some bias? just maybe?

    examples:

    Senator Joe Biden has forced
Senator Joe Biden originally introduced the “R.A.V.E. Act
    Congress. Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX)
    . Rep. Howard Coble (R-NC)
    and Senator Biden reintroduced

Why are only the Republicans followed by their party designations?

I do not know if there is any truth to this story or not, but it is obvious the article is biased.

For example, the word "rave" was removed from the version of the bill attached to the AMBER Alert. Eliminating such blatant discrimination is a victory for our continued freedom of speech.

Maybe I am just too far into a previous generation, but, where on earth is any discrimination shown in this bill, even if it is real?
