Never heard of such publication. Could you try a library/archives in the city where it was published?

Only copy we could find is in British Library. The cost of a photocopy or scan sent to USA is prohibitive.

Thanks Splash. The libraries mentioned are all in the UK and charge international users an arm and a leg. We pay research expenses out of our own pocket. I need free or very inexpensive.
