US "King of the North"? (page 2)

Despite the USA is geographically northern, IT is the King of the South, according to Freddy. And the URSS is (was?) the King of the North. The USA is controlling the “treasures of the earth including oil”. The King of the North was supposed to do that, invading South territory etc, according to Freddy. It seemed right during the 60 and 70’s. I guess WT will have to do some ‘profecy editing’, after the facts of course. Does anybody care?

This "dual fulfillment crap" is a product of the Second Adventists in the mid-to-late 19th Century. Hell, they were looking for "signs" and "anti-types" in their very own own boogers. Losers. They're all dead and nothing they predicted happened.
Chuck Russell was majorly influenced by them. Look what that got us: Garbage, that's what. Nothing happened with his crap predictions, either. Loser.
So, who's the "King of the North?" Well, look back at Daniel and he will tell you, since his book was also written after-the-fact. He "predicted" Alexander the Great" a few hundred years in advance! Amazing stuff! He pridicted he book would be "sealed" until the "time of the end(tm)" but he didn't bother to tell anyone what he meant by that.

Could you please explain to me how it is possible that Daniel chapters 11 and 12 have reached their complete fulfillment? I see both chapters as one long episode. How could it possibly have had it's fulfillment if we have not experienced the things in chapter 12? I have no idea what you mean. Thanks...

I can not speak for Farkel, but I think his answer would be that the book of Daniel is just a bunch of nonsense. I have not read Daniel for quite some time, but I have read Revelations. My conclusion is that John, the author of Revelations was either psycotic or on drugs. By the way, he lifts many of his passages from Daniel. Yes, the author of Revelations was a plagerist.

I would be happy to do so, but first I ask something of you: show us all incontrovertable facts that Daniel was written when it was supposed to have been written. Otherwise, we are arguing fantasies of the alleged "Daniel." There is a ton of evidence that shows that the "prophecies" of the "major" prophets like Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah and even Moses were written centuries after-the-fact. But even though I can show that evidence, I don't have to. You, the true believe have to first prove that Daniel was written when it was supposed to have been written and 2) that his prophecies have a second and larger fulfillment.

Like the WTS society, when confronted with having to provide facts such as those I've asked you to provide to prove your assertion, you can't.

If it will be helpful I will later tonight or tomorrow detail the fulfillment of the Kings of the North and South from the perspective of the author writing in the mid 2nd century BC. He drew upon the the recent past and current events of his day. His anticipated imminent triumph of the "chosen ones" in his day did not materialize. If you are a JW or have access to their literature you will find that their interpretation is correct until it leaps 2000 years into the future mid-sentense to make the story appear to extend to our time. This requires a lot of typing so I will wait for a request.
