The twos 2000-2022….
Is that why do so many people put on tattoos? Or are there other reasons? I can’t understand it. Any explanations?

I imagine each tatt owner has their own explanation.
Some don't have the spelling correct. That amuses me.

The Twos : tattoos. Not the 1900,1901..1920,1980,1999 -But the twos: two thousand, two thousand one, two thousand two, two thousand twenty two: THETWOS—TATTOOS. Like the 60’s sexties was the sex revolution. Or the music band, The Police, song “Every breath you take” and police choke holds suffocating people.
It’s what people ironically do.

Ah, OK. I thought it was Cockney Rhyming slang at first. Although, I don't know if there is a Cockney rhyme for Tattoo.
Probably something like, Train to Bakerloo (or Waterloo).
'E's 'avin' a bleedin' train on his leg, ain't 'e?
