Yes, but JWs are instructed to organise and pay for it themselves. They made an announcement a while back telling brothers NOT to send letters to the branch expecting them to send them forward to brothers in prison, because there is “no provision for this”.

But there are no brothers or sisters in prison ,because if they were true Jehovah`s witnesses ,they would not be in prison , that`s why there are no Catholics in prison today.
