I wonder why they're taking legal action with regard to this book.
As far as I know, they haven't taken legal action against any of the other anti-WT books, not even Crisis of Conscience.

Yes. The "nerve" appears to be the attention the book received in the German speaking world

The author has said there is not currently an English translation and no immediate plans for one.

It looks a bit strident for my taste (Thirty Years a Watchtower Slave - style) just looking at the table of contents.
