Sorry guys had to delete the original post , when trying to verify it seemed not what I was led to believe.
As you know there is no way to just to delete/cancel ones post.
So in order to lighten the disppointment here goes:

You have thirty minutes to delete or adjust a post. It says 'edit' under your post that allows for changes.
The best approach is to carefully check out your 'facts' first. If your not sure try to find another source. I have buried a fair number of posts which didn't check out factually.
Unlike a fair number of contributors I don't want to lie about real facts.
