Still cringe at how I viewed the Corporation's teachings as sacrosanct.
Bite the bullet lurkers - treat your gangrenous thinking and begin your recovery.
Stop being treated like a monkey by the Corporation.
So true....what excuses have I heard from jws about the bad press regarding child abuse:
"don't believe everything you read in the news"
"the victim is an apostate trying to cause trouble"
"they're just after money"
"Satan is using the press and the courts against us"
"apostate driven lies" ........
Please, use your God given critical thinking skills!
Unfortunately most don't wake up and smell the cult until they are mauled by the borg personally in some way.
I saw things happen to others over years and all the cult responses kicked in. But, when "what goes around came around" (as the saying goes) did I start to see things from the perspective of the ones that had been hurt, disfellowshipped, marginalized and demonized.
