I would prefer they included why it isn't legal or moral, or even realistic to use a two-witness rule for any sexual abuse cases.

When men seek power and derive it from old ancient mythological writings such as the bible or the Quran and not from modern secular knowledge, humanity always suffers in one way or another.
The leaders of the JWS (GB) is a case in point.

I thought the same thing.
I believe they might be pushing the vaccine for a few reasons:..their best contributors and loyal supporters are Baby Boomers and a few older ones. These people are in the most vulnerable bracket..If they all died suddenly I believe the religion would be done pretty quickly..They probably know this is an eventuality..but they would rather it not happen all at once.
I also think they feel they are losing control without in-person meetings.. Zoom just isn’t cutting it over a long period of time. Somebody could just switch the camera off, etc. They don’t like that.
There is also the possibility that ‘pressure’ is being put on all organizations to comply with getting vaccinated.
