    I like that show on Saturdays, JW History, very interesting also.

    Eventually, I found it to be a wash-rinse-repeat cycle after reviewing the WT study articles for so many years on here. It is more dumbed now than ever, with WT study articles being repeated from past years. Short memories some jws have need constant reminding.

    Repetition is used for reinforcement. The WTS knows this, which is why there are still too many meetings each week, where the same information is drummed into the heads of the rank and file. The study format is an excellent example of this: there are questions that the JW is expected to answer by reading the answer that is given in the paragraph. They are not expected to answer the question on their own understanding, but to parrot what the WTS is telling them. Over, and over, and over...
