Oh, call me anal but I'm kinda bummed. School's out final grades are in and I'm a little disappointed.
Here's the run-down
Creative Writing-Should be an A but she hasn't put it in yet.
Photography-A
Psychology-B (2points from an A 88)
Speech-B
Sculpture-B was an A+ but because I was sick she took it down a grade point
So right now without the other A I have a 3.3 GPA hmmm I should be happy but I'm bummed
All the B's are + but they don't count low B's or High B's

But what about "gestures" and "scriptures fit the theme"? You left those out. Have you been playing hooky from the Theocratic Ministry School?
Good grades on the subjects you DID list, however!! Good work -- it shows you can succeed when you put your mind to it!!

I wanted a 4.0, but ended up with a 3.2. img src="http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/images/smilies/approve.gif"> In the end the places I worked, 4.0 or 2.0 wouldn't have mattered as long as the degree was on the wall.
But I still know what you mean by wanting a 4.0. But don't be bummed.... be happy.

What is your story about going back to school.....I would like to know. I am considering going back myself, but I haven't figured out how to do it financially. We reallly need both our incomes just to survive. Right now I have my own cleaning service and am making good money, it is just that I don't know how much longer I can go on doing this. I was an administrative assistant before having kids and still retain some of my skills, just need some refresher courses if anything. It is either going back to school or going through a temp agency which is probably better because I still have kids in school and I think it is important that someone be there for them before and after school. I just think it takes a lot of guts to go back to school after being out for so long, so you deserve extra Congratuations!

Update on grades: I did end up with an A in Creative Writing so my Grade point is 3.429GPA So close but yet so far. I have to get it back up to 3.5 in order to graduate with honors.
Mystery: I wouldn't mind so much but I earned A's and because I got sick it took my grade downone full level. But Thunder says the same thing no one cares long as you have the degree. Congrats on your success.
Mrs.Shakita: Thank you I personally had been out of work when I got sick and couldn't take the stress of day in day out work. I use the Pell Grant to go to school and poor Thunder has to work his butt off he does home repair and inspections plus of course writing. I should have my Associates degree next summer in Fine Arts. Then on for my Bachelor's in Fine Arts. I too was a Admin for years. Temp work was hard but I'm fast on my feet and was able to learn quickly. I don't know if I would have sacraficed time with my kids to pursue higher education. But, that is just me. Heck I wish I could have stayed home forever with them but went to work when Anthony was 5.

Photography-AWell, you certainly played to your strengths, Sheila! And as for getting 'B's, wow! I guess I'd have settled for that. You're too perfectual, but that's not a bad thing either.
