School inspection is just like a CO visit.

So our school has just had the school inspectors in, looking and observing lessons. The similarities with a CO visit is uncanny.

How well behaved teachers, members of staff and pupils are.

And only for that one day. They should do like the show Undercover Boss to get the entire story.

When the company I worked for was associated with a national office, every year we would get a visit from a "regional manager", and the two weeks leading up to it were "clean the office" "Clear the tickets" "sign these fake inspection sheets" etc.
Realized that the CO visit was exactly the same. That's when his visit (the CO) lost its awe for me.

CO's are really middle management supervisors designated by the WTS. who check in on each congregation to see how well the congregates are distributing the WTS literature to the public, as well how many bible studies and placements are made. they review numbers and stats.

If the congregation is doing well in these numbers they are deemed spirituality strong, if not they are deemed spirituality weak and need encouragement, .....that's the job and responsibility of the COs .

The CO also checks on ( or at least used to) donations. He would make sure that no funds in the worldwide work donation box ended up in the congregations, or the accounts servants bank account.
