nope.
It won't work if you upload from your c drive. You have to upload it to a site like www.strike9.com first.

I posted a pic on http://www.webshots.com. Right clicked to obtain properties. Cut. Went to "Insert Pic from Weblink" and pasted info. No success. I know it must be easy, but I am doing something wrong.

I use strike9 I just right click on the pic, select "copy shortcut" then paste it into the "picture source" box of the "insert picture from web link". like this:
