Well folks as many of you know we are fighting to save a Cemetery that is 150 years old. Weeelll..we have a rally and I just found out that all the news stations are going to be there, as well as the papers. Faint... quickly reviewing what XW, and everyone told me. Breath in.. breath out. .oo( perhaps I should wear headphones that say that) lol (no I am not blonde).
Anyway... the saga continues.

Are they interested in interviewing you? Sounds very exciting, but I understand how you feel. I would never want to appear on TV. Far too nerve wracking and on top of which one good shot of my face might break the camera lens!

OMG!!!! over 300 people showed up for the Rally.. I have never been more tired in my life. An tonight we must address the council. The City held of the Historic Commission off from designation of this Historic Cemetery.Which held it off the listing and Impact Report had this cemetery omitted. So the FTA, made a decision with out the full facts. I believe if they knew of the Historic background of the Cemetery ( it is the second oldest cemetery here) they would of sent the City back to the drawing board. Now the City is saying it is the State doing this, yet it was them who approached the State with the proposal. Now that the Federal Government has okay-ed certain funding it is a joint project by the City and State. So that is going to be a hot issue. I was truly overwhelmed by the people's support and how they now realize what is at stake. Over 934 graves ( a there are quite a few infants some who died during the flu epidemic in the 1900's) will be exhumed.
Tonight shall be interesting.... I will keep you posted. I just hope I won't need to be bailed out of jail. lol. I have kept a lot of people calm. But this of course is a emotional subject because they feel so strongly about it.
Anyway... I am pooped. Going to get some rest before the phones start ringing since the news is broadcasting the rally right now again.
