Yeah, so I've bought this film recently but have never seen it.
I've kinda heard that it's a good film. I certainly like director Nicolas Roeg's film Don't look Now (1973). Roeg also directed this film, The Man Who Fell To Earth (1976).
So, I was just wondering if any of you have seen it, and what you thought of it.

Yes. I went to see it at the cinema when it first came out because Bowie was in it.
As I recall it's from a story by Robert Heinlen - Stranger in a strange land.
What did I think of it?
I can't remember, it was so long ago.
I had the poster on my bedroom wall though.

But yes, I did see it many years ago and I can't remember it in great detail, but it was vaguely interesting. A bit odd but good if you like that sort of thing. It's how you'd imagine a film with 70s-era Bowie in to be. What can I say?
Apparently, Bowie spent most of the time while making the movie on coke (and not the fizzy drink) so he reckoned he couldn't really remember anything about it. That should tell you something about it too!
