Hey folks, I had the good fortune to check out a very interesting production.

It's a play called: CONFEDERATION (re: Canadian confederation)

It's part of local Toronto writer/director: Michael Hollingsworth.

It's great. If you are in the Toronto-area, please check this out a.s.a.p. as this play is going to finish up real soon.

    Here is the link: http://www.videocab.com

It was fantastic, funny and historically accurate.

Any word on if it will be available as a video, or for download? I need to learn a bit about my own country.

Hey SaintSatan, check out the link, at the beginning. Click: Scripts, and there's 72 pages available for viewing (adobe acrobat reader).

It was a play, and I'm not entirely sure if they have video copies available, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did.

Beats sitting in history class. This was the second installment I saw and I thoroughly enjoyed it, laughing my head off, and finding out about: CANADA.

Really fun, cool and very interesting how we as a country came to be.

Give the link a click, see what interests you. The folks there, I'm sure, if you sent an e-mail will respond quickly.

Great production. I can hardly wait for the next one.

It doesn't have to be in French. It is about Confederation, something les Quebecois never agreed to or acknowledged. So to Quebec the play doesn't exist either.

I will have to check that out Ray. thanks for the heads up.

In this play, you'll hear more about Quebec, than in Quebec .

Many French Canadian forefathers are depicted and discussed in how CANADA came to be: Cartier, Laurier, Papineau to name a few.

You'd be (all you residents of Quebec) be mildly surprised, perhaps even...elated...maybe?

I don't want to give any secrets away, but it's well worth it: you have until June 1 to see it.

Highly recommended, and highly reviewed in the local dailies and weekly papers. Uzzah if you're in T.O., give it a go...I guarantee you'll like it. It's accurate, but has tons of humour tossed in.
