  And, for what it's worth, Yours Truly always tries to read all the posts in a thread before replying

  But I do have a confession.....when the thread runs past 4 or 5 pages...I just skim the posts.....please forgive me.....should I say four Our Fathers, and three Hail Mary's??, forgive me Father for I have sinned.....

  How long it takes to read a 5 page thread all depends on who posts on it. Some of the posters here have a very dense writing style, whilst others are "smoother" (it's difficult to describe such personal things in English)...but in general, I do still make the effort, do unto others etc...

  I think it depends on the thread. Sometimes I skim. Other times I read them all. And yes some threads I ignore
