Free and happy You really have got happiness down to a fine art. You've got a brilliant approach to life.
At the core of your approach is the understanding that if you're not happy, then it's down to you to sort it out. There are things you can do about it - changing the way you think, feel or the way you handle your problems. You have the confidence and self-belief never to simply accept misery as a way of life.
You believe in yourself and your ability to get through things. You're not smug, but at peace with the real you.
It could be, of course, that you aren't 100 per cent sorted in all areas of your life - work, play and love - and that's natural. Or it could be that you lack some happiness skills, such as goal setting or managing your emotions.
Our four-week workshop will help you identify the problem areas and give you the skills and strategies needed to fulfil your happiness potential. -

I do?
This question bothered me:
12. Let's get serious. When you think about the meaning of life, you feel: Frustrated. You're angry with yourself for not getting the most out of life and not achieving what you're capable of. At ease. You may or may not be a religious person, but you do believe in higher things and try to live your life as well as you can. Helpless. You have no real sense of purpose, so you tend to just live life day-to-day. Are they saying the only people who are at ease are the ones who believe in "higher things"? I don't believe in higher things other than trees and tall people but I feel neither frustrated nor helpless. I skipped the question.

Question 9
When you've got a problem-- in work, love or life- you tend to:
Work out best who can help you and approach them--often you'll go straight to an expert.
Lean heavily on those close to you, you would be embarassed to get professional help.
Cope alone; you don't want to worry other people with your difficulites.

What really bothers me is those who call themselves "friends", then abandon you when your life is beyond screwed up. It really irks me to see someone reaching out for comfort and in need of moral support and then thrown away as if they never existed...
