This is a decent place, and while there is no need to be formal, common courtesies extended in most workplaces (it's the law in the U.S.) and other public places of gathering should also be observed here.
You could actually lose your job (and a hefty lawsuit) for that kind of language in the U.S.--it's called 'sexual harassment.'
Also, it is not only Francoise, but also, I think, ISP in his thread uses a particularly crude expression.
