Does anyone know the reason why the Society stopped printing the Malta Service Report in the UK Kingdom Ministry? I think this happened around the early 90s. I never knew why they even put Malta in the UK KM.

Malta had no branch ofice of its own, and the work there was supervised by the British branch office. That's why their report was in the British KM. Then, they got their own branch office, and so "manage their own affairs". Not more strange than that, I am sorry.
