does any body know if people at bethels around the world used to to have to do admin for all the publishers weekly reports

The congregation's secretary would total the number of hours for publishers, aux pios, pios, and the number of each and the publications and send it in.
Then the branch would just deal with the congregation totals. In the past the branch would deal with the pioneer reports but that got changed to the congregation.
