Ooooh and then the end will come

Hey all

Afternoon thought here................In the time I was in the Truff.........(I forget the scripture), there was the popular saying, it was usually my loud mouth brother (Elder!!) that used to be heard saying it and it was .............."yes everyone will have a witness and then the end will come"........everyone meaning the whole wide world...........question is this still a popular saying amonst the dubs, bearing in mind that it's a complete impossibility for everybody in the world to have a "witness" by a JW.

Apparently, that the JW's have accumulated teachers for themselves in order to have their ears tickled...

So why preach at all then? All that wasted effort, when God could just have read their hearts in the first place!

Actually, i've seen calculations where the world population is increasing so fast, that it is outdistancing the jw preaching work.

I recently remembered a teaching prevalent in the 1970s that communist countries would have to take responsibility for their peoples at armaggeddon. People in communist countries were doomed alright, but it was their governments which would be responsible for them (like a father is responsile for his household) I am afraid that I do not have any literature or CD roms for attribution's sake.

Apparently this doctrine has changed to the above mentioned "reading of hearts" sometime in the past 15 years or so.
