For those who went to the district convention, was there anything interesting that you would like to share with us? Any new books, or any new understandings?

Managed to go for just 1 day out of 3 - Sunday.
Managed to sleep for 3 hours out of 6.
Managed to take my daughter for an hours stroll during the sessions.
Managed to eat a couple of butties, drink half a flask of coffee and fantasize about Kylie for most of the final session.
If anything noteworthy happened in the remaining 4 seconds I neither noticed it nor cared about it.
Next year I am not going and nor are my kids!

I went to the Saturday session in the Astrodome. Nothing worthy to note. It was full of the usual WT self-delusional grandstanding of We vs them crapola.
After about six years of not being seen at a District Convention, I decided that I'd go just this one time to please my wife. I'll most likely never go again.
