Just heard on the radio that America's beloved Bob Hope has died at age 100. They're dying off so quickly this year. Buddy, Katharine, Gregory, and now Bob.

How sad. I was just thinking about him the other day. I wonder if they will keep the Bob Hope Golf Classic tournament in memory of him. They didn't with Bing Crosby.
I enjoyed Bob Hope. He hasn't made many public appearances and I still missed him.

What a wonderful person and entertainer he was! And, just imagine, he stayed married to the SAME WOMAN since 1934! A marriage of almost 70 years! If he abused sex, drugs or alcohol, he kept it to himself and it didn't affect his work. He invested wisely. Hard to believe he was even NEAR Hollywood!
He will be missed.

I remember watching him as a young child. He was a wondeful entertainer and caring parent and husband. It is like old Hollywood is dying and an age of Hollywood glamor gone. He will be missed!!!
