How about finding shelter under the canopy of the nearest KH if it rains?

I reckon that whatever the weather, you folks will have a fun time.
Hopefully you will be at an area where there will be a covered picnic area in case of rain. If you will be at someone's back yard, can you rent a open sided tent? We use those when we have club functions on the beach and affectionately call it a beer-tent. They can easily protect 50 or so people.
Anyway, hopefully you'll all be basking in sunshine.
I'll be thinking of you all and wishing I was there.

Maybe anyone who's got a tarpaulin might like to bring one along, and we can use it for cover if it rains.
