Baptism Questions

I have heard that before a person "qualifies for baptism" they have to answer about a 100? questions - Has anyone got a copy of these questions? - I have searched the web but cant find them?

They're in the Organized to Do Jehovah's Will book, page 167 onwards
This book is only used internally and has only relatively recently been made available via the jw.org website.

I was asked some of those questions and I had not prepared myself but answered according to my own personal beliefs. LOL The "elders" told me I had a good insight on the Bible and Jehovah's government. What!? I didn't study for Pete's sake. Can you spell stoopid elders!?!? LOL
