Where are the convention videos for Saturday? My parents are starting to panic as the videos haven’t been posted on jw org yet and they are supposed to view this morning.

The convention schedule is two weeks on, then one week off, until all six sessions are viewed.

Their convention viewing program will resume next weekend. Two weekends on, one weekend off.... Two consecutive weekends of convention, third weekend regular meeting.
Today should be their regularly scheduled congregation meeting PT & WT.

Locally most JWs get updates like this in private WhatsApp groups, especially since the start of the pandemic. I don’t know if they do it the same everywhere. Are your parents in a local WhatsApp group?
