Just curious to know if anyone has requested assistance from them regarding cult issues and family... if so, would you please share your experience?
I submitted a case form almost a year ago but received no response. I understand my case is not considered the most urgent but I figure I would have heard from them by now.

Nice I wish I could go. But I was actually referring to the center run by Steven Hassan. They claim to provide assistance for relatives of cult members and health professionals dealing with it.
Oh, well maybe 'no answer' is 'an answer'?
