This was made possible by the democrats removing the filibuster so republicans only needed 51 votes. Remember, they changed the rules, and Mitch warned them at the time "you'll regret this, and you may regret it sooner than you think".

Now Trump has appointed 3 supreme court justices which makes the court balanced (because the 3 uber-liberal judges don't do their job properly, if you bother to read their arguments)

Will she recuse herself when the question of appointnents comes up?

The constitution clearly states that every 4 years a president is elected for a 3 year term and all congress votes on judges

I don't think you're reading the right constitution.

The United States' constitution clearly states that a president's term is 4 years, not 3 as you state. And the constitution clearly states that it is the Senate that gives "advice and consent" on judicial nominees, not 'all congress', as you stated.

A road to nowhere is baiting someone. The President has the responsibility to appoint sc justices. This responsibility is for his full term.

Why should she recuse herself for any case that comes up? Unless it's involving some family member or a company she has a financial interest in, her job is to judge.

BTW: If Roe vs Wade is eventually overturned will more unborn lives be saved vs those lives lost from people's heads exploding or will it come out about even?

I feel another pussy march coming on. Once the weather warms back up of course ...

Article II, Section 1, Clause 1:

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows

I guess reading is not something that the left is well educated in anymore? Of course Sigfrid may be correct and it is just someone trying to get a rise out of the rest of us.

Sarcasm anyone? Even Ginsberg said the president holds office for all 4 years.

I half expect a challenge to her appointment.
