Yes indeed -- just because you have Jehovah's name and you have a "watch tower" doesn't mean you're anything special !!
Verse 12 says they kept on offending Jehovah.
Magnificent buildings of worship don't matter if the stuff that goes on inside of them is crap. Idolatry is warned against here, yet the JW's idolize their leaders and their organization. And disgusting things like pedophilia and cruel unjust discipine is endemic.
There is no reform, the organization is sick from head to toe. Just like in ancient Israel.

It is thanks to the self righteous religious leaders that apply every text imaginable to every person imaginable that the religious society has sunk so low in the first place.
Unfortunately, Watchtower officials are always quick to point the finger, but are blind when the counsel seems to apply to them.
So many counsellors, so much counsel.
