This claim has been disproven over and over again.
First, that is a TERRIBLE photoshop job to try to make the Watchtower's CTR fit the narrative of whomever created that piece-meal document.
Second, a little research will show you that this was a different Charles T. Russell. See this link for a full biography of the correct Charles T. Russell that was a Freemason. That Charles T.
