In the UK bankruptcy dosent protect you from court fines and criminal compensation. Im assuming it does in the USA?

I'm sure religious organizations have been hiding their money into different Inc.s , offshore accts, laundering all that they can as fast as they can.

Perhaps, but it would mean that they would have to admit openly that they are being sued, in large numbers, over this issue, the very thing they are trying to hide from the R&F.
