When I use the search function it shows me random dates. Can I set up search somehow to show most recent posts about a key word or subject? Thank you

Yeah, I should add a better search function.
Fun fact, Google provide all manner of cloud services for building apps ... except for "search", the thing they are famous for. The search service they provide is laughably shit to the point that they recommend other (external) solutions.
When I get time to work on the new version (waves fists at clients, but not too obviously because ... money) it'll be easier to add new search and filtering options.
In the meantime, try adding "site:" before the domain name in Google and you can limit a search to a single site and then use the filtering tools in that. Example, blood doctrine in the last year:
https://www.google.com/search?biw=1386&bih=716&tbs=qdr%3Ay&sxsrf=ALeKk00NzY_pczNhzbBOsKI7jjPWIFP1MA%3A1590807671992&ei=d8zRXvyLPKXR9APe1IqwBw&q=site%3Awww.jehovahs-witness.com+blood+doctrine&oq=site%3Awww.jehovahs-witness.com+blood+doctrine&gs_lcp=CgZwc3ktYWIQA1DAJ1iWPGD5PWgAcAB4AIAB4gWIAdYVkgENOC4xLjAuMS4yLjAuMZgBAKABAaoBB2d3cy13aXo&sclient=psy-ab&ved=0ahUKEwi8o8exzNrpAhWlKH0KHV6qAnYQ4dUDCAw&uact=5
This will only include public (non member-only) topics though.
