Who goes to heaven?

I found this on the JW site.

It says:
"Jesus said: "No man has ascended into heaven. (John 3:13) He thus showed
that good people who died before him, such as Abraham, Moses, Job, and David,did not go to heaven. (Acts 2:29, 34). Instead, they had the hope of beingresurrected to life on earth.—Job 14:13-15.
A few comments:
a] Why didn't they quote the entire passage? If you include the later partof the verse, then the conclusion is incorrect.
"Moreover, no man has ascended into heaven 'but' the one who descendedfrom heaven, the Son of man."
This does not say that those who died before Jesus will not go to heaven after. And neither does it say that only Jesus will enter heaven after.

b) The Job 14:13-15 reference doesn't say anything about a resurrection to life on only earth.

c) The Acts 2:29,34 reference does not say Abraham and Moses did not go toheaven some time after Christ's resurrection. Luke 13 says "when you seeAbraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the Kingdom of God, but youyourselves [also include every person who is not a child of God] thrown outside." (where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth).
Abraham and Moses are in the Kingdom of God (in heaven).

The WT frequently quotes only parts of verses.

Whether they quote all of a verse or only part, the WT puts its spin on them and JWs read and hear this spin over and over to the point that they equate WT dogma with the Bible itself.

They get indoctrinated to the point where their minds shut down when you try to show them that other interpretations are possible.

This is typical of the WBT$. They only quote the bits that suit their particular doctrine and bring in the money.

They don't limit this to the bible alone either.

Not that I'm religious now, but deconstructing the teachings of any religion is a great way of seeing what a 'snare and a racket' most are.

Interestingly, even The Watchtower admits that this verse (John 3:13) is not to be taken seriously because "When Jesus spoke to Nicodemus, a Pharisee and a teacher in Israel, Jesus had not yet gone back to heaven"

If "Jesus had not yet gone back to heaven" while speaking to Nicodemus, it means he did not utter those verse. Later writers were assuming what were all the things Jesus would have spoken and done and were writing accordingly.
