  My sister call me today and told me she found this book in her mail slot and she wondered if

  it was a book published by the WT. LOL

  I told her if this book was published the WT you would know, JW.org would be on the front page.

  But I was wondering if anyone received this book in the mail. She checked with her neighbors and

  no one received this book. She don't know if it came with the mail or someone dropped it off.

  Years ago the SDA actually canvassed my neighborhood. Going door to door talking to neighbors, leaving literature. It's possible it was just a random placement. They publish very inexpensive editions of Ellen White's books for such a purpose.

  Maybe it is an aquaintance of your sister , a SDA who thought she/he might " witness" to her , after all they do a similar work.

  From time to time they do D2D work as well but not on the scale of the J.W.`s , as do the Mormons who go from D2D as well .I have even known some Baptist churches doing it.
