Text area is split into two boxes

  I have issue to type in the text area as the text splits into two text areas and the second area causes to reverse data backward. I also get an error that the "this. $popover is undefined" and Error: e is null.

  Sounds like something isn't loading right, maybe try doing a hard-refresh to make sure all the latest scripts are downloaded.
